Delivery Point Admin Agreement

The Delivery Point Administration Agreement was formed in 2016 by the members on the Standing Agreement Committee. They were approached by several of the larger companies in the industry as they felt that a receipt point type of agreement was required.

Think of this as a receipt point agreement, you have a company responsible for a receipt point so several other companies using one delivery point and the operator of the delivery point responds back to the downstream reporter with the volumes from the receipt point. The goal of the committee was for this model agreement to have plain language and provide clarity and readability.
