Bylaws

Revised September 2017

Corporate Registries has approved and registered the bylaw change to allow Directors to ability to serve 4 consecutive terms versus 3 as follows:

ARTICLE XIV — Board of Directors

5. The term of a Director shall be two (2) years. A retiring Director is eligible for re-election provided that the Director has not served for four (4) consecutive two (2) year terms on the Board of Directors, unless approved by a special resolution of the Board of Directors.
