Production Administration Agreement

The Production Administration Agreement was formed in 2013 by the members on the Standing Agreement Committee. We felt that this agreement was required in the industry for companies doing just the Production Accounting for another company. When someone ties into your facility some companies insist on doing the production accounting for the well that is tying into their facility. The Standing Agreement Committee felt the membership would benefit from this model agreement. The goal of the committee was for the model agreement to have plain language and provide clarity and readability.
