April 2013 The Weyburn Unit - Leading Edge Development - CO2, Partners, Communications Marcel Savoie The largest CO2 Enhanced Oil Project in the World, is over 50 years old and looks like it is going strong into the future. Everything about Weyburn is complicated, from the reservoir to dealing with the CO2, partner management, to implementing on-line mail ballot voting. This presentation will (very) briefly look at the history of one of the oldest operating units in Western Canada and discuss some of the issues in dealing with 24 different partners, including implementing electronic communications and on-line mail ballot voting.
