Bill Armstrong has over 40 years of energy industry experience including a demonstrated track record in oil and gas operations management, asset evaluation, process engineering and project management for a large integrated energy company. He has worked in both Canada and the US. Bill has lead teams responsible for the management of oil and gas development and operations including large sour gas and oil fields. Bill headed a team that separated midstream and liquids marketing functions from producing functions and set up, managed, and divested the midstream business. Bill currently provides consulting services including asset evaluations, strategy development for midstream assets and project front end feasibility evaluations. |
