ScotiaMcLeod: Brad Stangeland & Brett Standen - Wealth Advisors
Mr. Stangeland began his financial career in 1999 with an initial emphasis on financial security and risk management. His areas of expertise have since expanded to include the larger financial planning process, with a focus on asset growth and protection. His continual pursuit of education and current industry knowledge allows him to provide his clients with adept financial solutions resulting in asset preservation.

Brett joined ScotiaMcLeod in November of 2013 from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management where he spent two years as a Wealth Advisor. He started his financial career in 2006 with RBC Dominion Securities as an Associate. Brett's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master's of Business Administration in Corporate Finance. Brett has completed several financial courses through the Canadian Securities Institute and is currently pursuing his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.

Eric Cott - TMX Group - The Options Industry Council
As a representative for The Options Industry Council (OIC) and serving as Director, Financial Advisor Education, Eric Cott endeavors to help advisors and their firms to use options more effectively. Mr. Cott is responsible for expanding OIC's outreach to financial advisors. Additionally, he participates in conference panel discussions, presents advisor-oriented educational seminars, and guides the development of options curriculum and content for advisors on the OIC website.
