April 2010 Bakken and Lower Shaunavon Resource Plays Anthony Baldwin, Crescent Point Our April luncheon expands upon the recent theme of exploring new oil and gas plays in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. April's topic deals with the evolution of the Bakken light oil resource play and touches upon the emerging Lower Shaunavon medium oil resource play, both of which are in Saskatchewan. Our presenter is Anthony Baldwin, a member of Crescent Point Energy Corp.'s investor relations department. Crescent Point is an intermediate oil and gas producer that has been a forerunner in consolidating and developing the Bakken play since 2006. Mr. Baldwin’s presentation will include geologic background, economics and infrastructure development in both the Bakken and Lower Shaunavon plays. Prior to joining the investor relations department, Mr. Baldwin worked as the negotiating Mineral Landman for Crescent Point’s Shaunavon area.
