All I Really Need To Know About Professional Ethics I Learned In Kindergarten... Sort Of
Gary Lepine, Concord Professional Development Inc.

For many of us our ethics are simply a matter of common sense, things we learned at an early age. But then we try to apply those lessons to 'real life' and realize things aren't always straightforward.

Dr. Gary Lepine has been providing ethics seminars for a variety of associations from the Oil & Gas sector for the past seven years, including the CAPL, CAPLA and AASLA. In 2008 he formally began Concord Professional Development, where his work expanded to include issues surrounding workplace environment, leadership, and organizational culture. Gary is also co-founder of "Finishing Well", an organization that offers public education on advance care planning issues and living with a terminal or critical illness. He is currently a member of the Rockyview General Hospital's ethics committee and a Board member of New Heights Learning Services, a school for alternative learning styles in Calgary.
